Customer Review
A Customer Review is a really useful, in-branch discussion to review your finances and discuss your immediate and future plans with one of our advisers. They're free and available to everyone. Lasting about 30 minutes, they’re easy to fit into a lunch break. And coming in for one puts you under no obligation whatsoever.
Your adviser will explain all the different ways you could get your money to work better for you and help you meet your financial goals. It could give you the information you need to be sure the products you have, or are considering, are right for you.
What will we discuss?
Before you come in it’s a good idea to think about what you want your money to do, as well as your goals and priorities. Your review can then focus on the areas most important to you. Key areas we will look at will be:
- What type of accounts and products you have at the moment
- Your financial needs – now and in the future
- Which of our products are best suited to your needs
What do you need to bring?
So that we can make the best use of your review and fulfil your needs, please bring with you:
- Information about products you have with us and other financial organisations e.g. balance and interest rate details for your current account, savings, loans, credit cards, etc
- Proof of current address – a recent bank statement or utility bill is fine
- Proof of identity – e.g. a current passport or driving licence
- Your National Insurance number
Before your appointment, it’s useful to make a note of your income and outgoings. The more information you can bring with you, the more we can help.
We’re sure you’ll find a Customer Review time well spent. It will show you what your money is doing for you, how our products could help make your money work harder, and will help you feel informed before committing to any financial products.
