| **The "No conveyancing fees" feature of this mortgage product is only available when you instruct one of our First Time Buyer panel solicitors to act for you on this transaction. We have a financial arrangement with our First Time Buyer panel, and we pay £250 plus vat to them as a contribution to their fees on completion of the transaction. This amount is intended to cover their fees for the purchase conveyancing, but you will have to pay other fees and disbursements to them. The firm will write to you detailing these fees and disbursements and making clear what you will be responsible for . Please note that you are not obliged to use the panel firm, and can instruct a solicitor of your choice. However, if you do choose another firm, we will not make any contribution to their fees and you will have to choose a different product .
