You can do this online
- Check your statement, save it as a PDF or print a copy.
- Download a statement straight from our app to your phone.
- Order a paper statement – you’ll get it in the post within 10 working days.

- Sign in and select the account you want to view.
- On your account page, select Statement options.
- Select to print, download or order a paper copy.
- Sign in and select the account you want to view. Then select the three dot menu.
- Select Download or print statement to save or print. For paper copies, select Order paper statements.
- Choose the statements you would like to download, print or order and follow the instructions.

In Online Banking, you can access statements up to seven years old. In our app, you can go back at least ten years.

If you have a credit card, you need to ask for a PDF statement. You can do this using our online chat. Or you can download a PDF statement in our app.
