Paper-free statements and communications
You can do this online
- Get your statements and communications straight to our app or Online Banking.
- View all your documents in one place and download them anytime.
- Choose which accounts and which documents you go paper-free for.

- Sign in and select Your profile in the navigation bar at the top of the page.
- Select Turn on your paperless statements.
- To go paper-free for all your eligible accounts, go to Statements and correspondence. Select Continue, then follow the on-screen instructions.
- To go paper-free on selected accounts, expand the See preferences option. Select the accounts you want paper-free statements or correspondence for.
- All done. You've gone paper-free.
- Sign in and select the Profile and settings icon in the top-right corner.
- Choose the Settings tab and select Paper free preferences.
- Select Go fully paper-free or Customise my preferences to select your options.
- Choose Continue and then Confirm preferences.
- All done. You've gone paper-free.

Your Digital Inbox is where you’ll find your paper-free documents. You can also find statements for your current accounts and savings accounts in here.
For credit card and personal loans statements, we’ll send your statement to your account statement page.
If you choose to go paper-free, we’ll stop sending your statements and some documents by post. Instead, we’ll send you an email when you receive a new item. This will let you know that you should check your Digital Inbox or account statement page.
The online version of these documents will look exactly the same as what you would receive in the post.
We’ll never change any documents after we’ve sent them to you. They can't be deleted as we want you to have access to them whenever you need them. You will be able to move them to the Archive.

Yes. These are free for savings account and bank account customers. The first copy of your loan statement is free for paper-free customers.
