You’ll receive your cashback on or before the last working day of the month after your redeeming transaction. For example, if you redeemed your offer in January, we’ll pay your cashback into your account at the end of February.
If you have more than one Halifax account, we’ll pay your cashback into the oldest account. You can select a different Halifax bank account for us to pay your cashback into. Do this in your Cashback Extras settings.
If you choose to pay your cashback to your credit card, the cashback won’t count towards your minimum monthly payment. You’ll still need to make that to meet the terms of your credit agreement. Cashback will reduce your outstanding balance though, which is still pretty handy.
You need to stay registered for Cashback Extras to receive your cashback.
You can keep track of the cashback you’ve earnt from your offers at the top of your Cashback Extras page. It may take up to five working days before your cashback shows as pending.
