Having plans in place to repay everything you owe gives you the peace of mind that you’ll own your home when your mortgage ends.

1. Tell us your plans

2. Regularly check your plans

Even the best of plans can change over time and it’s a good idea to regularly check you’re on track to repay everything.

We’ll write to you throughout your mortgage so you’ll always know how much you need to repay and when. If you’re registered for Online Banking, you can see your mortgage account balance and statements online. Your balance will also be on the statements and letters we send you. Or you can call us and ask.

3. Let us know if your plans change

If your plans change or you’re worried you can’t repay everything, let us know. We can help you understand your options and the sooner you talk to us, the more options you’ll have to consider.
