You can call us or visit your local branch with a counter where a colleague will be able to talk you through what needs to be done.
If you would rather submit an electronic account tracing form online you can visit www.mylostaccount.org.uk. This is an official site set up by UK Finance, the Building Societies Association (BSA) and National Savings and Investments (NS&I) and can be used to trace accounts which may have been lost from multiple banks and building societies.
Or, you can download and print a form from www.mylostaccount.org.uk and send it to us at:

If you do contact us by phone or visit the branch, please have to hand any old passbooks, statements or other information related to the account you're trying to trace. If you come into a branch you'll also need to bring along some identification, such as a passport or driving licence.
Once we’ve traced your accounts we’ll write to you about the next steps to reunite you with your money. You should hear from us within 90 days. We’ll also contact you if we need any more information.
